Due to the sensitivity of our products, all outer packaging will not display any sensitive content. For example, if you purchase intimate apparel, our outer packaging will display items such as clothing, t-shirts, etc. If the product is a sex toy, our packaging will display items such as electronic products or accessories. Overall, we will do our utmost to protect the privacy of our customers.

• GTA Express Delivery (10-60 minutes)
  • $15 (Mississauga & North York)
  • $30 (Toronto, Markham, Richmond Hill & Oakville)
• Same-day GTA Delivery (order after 4:00 PM for next day delivery)
  • $9 (GTA Area)

Free delivery for orders over $99 before tax

United States and Other Areas in Canada

• Expedited domestic shipping within Canada: 2-3 business days
• Regular domestic shipping within Canada: 2-7 business days
• Expedited shipping within the United States: 3-9 business days

Delivery is handled by reputable courier companies such as Canada Post/UPS/FEDEX

Shipping cost for North America: $10-30

For all customers in the United States and other areas of Canada, free shipping will be provided for orders over $88 before tax. For orders below $88 before tax, you can choose the shipping method and rate at checkout.

For customers outside of North America

• Regular shipping time is 2-10 business days
  • Rates will be automatically calculated by the system at checkout (usually $10-30 CAD)
