Considering the sensitive nature of the products we sell, we would like to remind you that if you discover any defects in the product within 48 hours of receipt, please contact us promptly for resolution. In consideration of customer health, safety, and satisfaction, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for purchased toys and products.

It is important to note that any items designed for contact with the body or liquids, once they leave our warehouse, are considered used and therefore cannot be returned. Detailed product information is provided in the product descriptions, and we encourage you to review them carefully and make selections based on your personal needs when placing an order.
