Return and Exchange for Product Quality Issues:

Customers can apply for a return and exchange service if they discover any quality issues with the product within one month after receiving it. To initiate the process, customers need to contact our customer service team and provide the order number, a description of the issue, and relevant photos as evidence.

Our customer service team will verify the problem provided by the customer and confirm if it meets the criteria for a return and exchange. If the issue qualifies, the customer service team will guide the customer through the further steps of the return and exchange process.

Once the confirmation is received, customers are required to return the original product to the designated return address. We recommend using a courier service with tracking capabilities to monitor the status of the shipment during the return process.

Upon receiving the returned product, we will promptly conduct an inspection. If the quality issue is verified and complies with the return and exchange policy, we will arrange for the exchange service.
